Meet will be at Suny Plattsburgh. Take I87 north past Albany to exit 37. 1. At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light and proceed west on Route 3 (Cornelia Street within Plattsburgh city limits). Then take a left turn (at a traffic light) onto Hammond Lane until the T-intersection. Turn left onto Rugar Street (you'll cross back over I-87), where the Field House is located on the right-hand side. Note: If you passed Cogan Avenue, then you've gone too far. Field House parking for team buses is to the left on an access road and behind the building. Parking for fans is in front of the facility. Rugar Woods (cross country) is situated behind the Field House.
